Resumo: | The text shows a research’s detailment made with teachers in the early years of elementary school (AIEF) in Recife-PE, whose goal was to understand the construction of the multipurpose teaching profession. Their focus is to discuss prospects for initial teacher training to professional qualification for AIEF, considering training as first requirement of professionalization. Are indicated three perspectives through reflection on the structural elements of polyvalent : i) the importance of the education’s foundations; ii)) research as incipient formative principle iii) literacy profile and the deepening of the study was developed interdisciplinarity. The study was development through a critical-dialectical look observing contradictions, multiple determinations and increasing the understanding of the teaching of the natural content in AIEF and aspects of their totality. |

Se centra en discutir las perspectivas de la formación inicial de la cualificación profesional de los que actúan en la enseñanza primaria, teniendo formación como primera exigencia de profesionalización. La reflexión sobre los elementos estructurales de la profesionalidad polivalente conlleva a las siguientes perspectivas: i) la importancia de los fundamentos de la educación; ii) la investigación como principio formativo incipiente; iii) el perfil de alfabetización y la profundización de la interdisciplinariedad. El estudio se desarrolló a partir de una mirada crítica dialéctica observando las contradicciones, las múltiples determinaciones y expandiendo la comprensión del contenido natural en la enseñanza primaria y la totalidad de sus aspectos.O texto apresenta um desdobramento de pesquisa realizada com professoras dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental (AIEF) em Recife-PE, cujo objetivo foi o de compreender a construção da profissionalidade docente polivalente. Tem como foco discutir perspectivas para a formação inicial da habilitação profissional docente para os AIEFs, tomando a formação como exigência primeira de sua profissionalização. Da reflexão sobre os elementos estruturantes da profissionalidade polivalente indica-se tais perspectivas: i) a importância dos fundamentos da educação; ii) a pesquisa como princípio formativo incipiente; iii) o perfil de alfabetizador e o aprofundamento sobre a interdisciplinaridade.
