Resumo: | This essay problematizes guilt in education by proposing alternatives from the perspective of Philippe Meirieu. To this end, it articulates perspectives on teaching and blaming regimes and reflects on the challenges of teaching and learning under a system of charges. As a result, possibilities are suggested for an arbitrary and punitive educational system, highlighting the appreciation of responsibilities shared between students, teachers and the institution; respect for people's autonomy in the educational process; and, the recognition of individual freedom mediated by a differentiated pedagogy. |

Para ello, articula perspectivas sobre la enseñanza y los regímenes culpabilizadores y reflexiona sobre los desafíos de enseñar y aprender bajo un sistema de cargos. Como resultado, se sugieren posibilidades de un sistema educativo arbitrario y punitivo, destacando la valoracón de responsabilidades compartidas entre estudiantes, docentes e institución; respeto a la autonomía de las personas en el proceso educativo; y el reconocimiento de la libertad individual mediada por una pedagogía diferenciada.Este ensaio problematiza a culpa na educação propondo alternativas a partir da perspectiva de Philippe Meirieu. Para tanto, articula perspectivas sobre o ensino e os regimes de culpabilização e reflete sobre os desafios de ensinar e aprender sob um regime de cobranças.
