Maturity model in archival management of documents: a diachronic view: uma visão diacrônica

Resumo: Maturity models have been the object of study in the field of information, as they support organizations in assessing the moment and make it possible to design improvements for the future. Recent scientific communications indicate that these studies are necessary for Archival Document Management (GAD), since the maturity analysis helps organizations in the management of archives and enables access, both for decision-making and for consultation by researchers and citizens. Bearing in mind the role of the National Archives (NA) as guardians of memory and as normalizing entities, this research, of an exploratory and descriptive nature, was carried out to identify and analyze the maturity models in GAD published by the NAs of the countries of South America. As a result, two models were identified: one published by Brazil and the other by Colombia. The research concludes that maturity analysis is a necessary and promising area of study for the field of information, as it adds value to processes and promotes the development of the scientific field through quantitative and qualitative analysis. In addition, although it was not the purpose of the work, it was evident that GAD is one of the pillars of Organizational Intelligence.

Comunicaciones científicas recientes indican que estos estudios son necesarios para la Gestión Documental de Archivo (GAD), ya que el análisis de madurez ayuda a las organizaciones en la gestión de archivos y posibilita el acceso, tanto para la toma de decisiones como para la consulta por parte de investigadores y ciudadanos. América del Sur. Como resultado, se identificaron dos modelos: uno publicado por Brasil y otro por Colombia. La investigación concluye que el análisis de madurez es un área de estudios necesaria y prometedora para el campo de la información, ya que agrega valor a los procesos y promueve el desarrollo del campo científico a través del análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. Además, aunque no era el propósito del trabajo, se evidenció que GAD es uno de los pilares de la Inteligencia Organizacional.Modelos de maturidade tem sido objeto de estudo no campo da informação, pois dão suporte às organizações na avaliação do momento e possibilita projetar melhorias para o futuro. Comunicações científicas recentes indicam que esses estudos são necessários à Gestão Arquivística de Documentos (GAD), uma vez que a análise de maturidade auxilia as organizações na gestão dos arquivos e possibilitam o acesso, tanto para a tomada de decisão, quanto para a consulta por pesquisadores e cidadãos. Tendo em vista o papel dos Arquivos Nacionais (AN) como guardiões da memória e como entidades normalizadoras, esta pesquisa, de cunho exploratório e descritivo, foi realizada com o objetivo de identificar e analisar os modelos de maturidade em GAD publicados pelos AN dos países da América do Sul. Como resultados, dois modelos foram identificados: um publicado pelo Brasil e outro pela Colômbia. A pesquisa conclui que a análise de maturidade é uma vertente de estudo necessária e promissora para o campo da informação, pois agrega valor aos processos e promove o desenvolvimento do campo científico por meio das análises quantitativas e qualitativas.
