The fundamental right to social and economic inclusion from alterity

Resumo: The present article developed the problem of socioeconomic inclusion in Brazil. First, the right to socioeconomic inclusion was presented as a fundamental right, in which the social and economic aspects are intrinsically linked to human dignity. Subsequently, it was commented on the indexes indicators of Brazilian socioeconomic inclusion, in order to demonstrate that one is facing a social demand that needs to be present in the governmental agenda for the full national development; and to this end, we present the philosophy of Alterity as a foundation that can transform this scenario, both social inequality and state contempt and inefficiency. For this purpose the deductive and monographic method was adopted, through the technique of research in indirect documentation in bibliographic research of secondary sources such as books, newspapers, for descriptive and exploratory purposes. Primeiramente, apresentou-se o direito à inclusão socioeconômica como direito fundamental, direito em que a vertente do social e da econômica estão intrinsecamente ligados em prol da dignidade humana. Posteriormente, comentou-se sobre os índices socioeconômicos, a fim de demonstrar que se está frente a uma demanda social que precisa estar presente na agenda governamental para o pleno desenvolvimento nacional; e para tal fim, apresenta-se a filosofia da Alteridade como um fundamento que pode vir a transformar este cenário, tanto de desigualdade social, quanto de desprezo e ineficiência estatal. Para este fim adotou-se o método dedutivo e monográfico, por meio da técnica de pesquisa em documentação indireta em pesquisa bibliográfica de fontes secundárias como livros, jornais, com objetivo descritivo e exploratório.
