Resumo: The interference of human beings on the environment has caused negative impacts, increasing discussions about actions aimed at balancing environmental preservation, improving social conditions and maintaining positive economic and financial performance, seeking not to compromise quality of life. of the current and future population of the planet. This aims to verify the behavior of a metal mechanic industry in relation to the economic, environmental and social conducts adopted based on the ECT-Triple model of Abreu et al. (2008). For this, there is a descriptive research, field and quantitative study. To carry out this research, questionnaires with closed and open questions with 32 employees (employees) from a metal mechanic industry were used to collect the collected data. The results indicate that the analyzed company has a triple performance, proposed by Abreu et al. (2008), due to its economic, environmental and social activities, and the analysis of these indicators allowed to identify the strategic positioning in relation to the company's social and environmental actions, verifying the effect of its strategic actions on the economic and financial result. Sustainable Development.La interferencia humana con el medio ambiente ha causado impactos negativos, aumentando las discusiones sobre acciones dirigidas a equilibrar la preservación del medio ambiente, mejorar las condiciones sociales y mantener un desempeño económico y financiero positivo, buscando no comprometer la calidad de vida. de la población actual y futura del planeta. Su objetivo es verificar el comportamiento de una industria metalmecánica en relación con las conductas económicas, ambientales y sociales adoptadas en base al modelo ECT-Triple de Abreu et al. (2008). Para ello, existe una investigación descriptiva, de campo y estudio cuantitativo. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se utilizaron cuestionarios con preguntas cerradas y abiertas con 32 empleados (empleados) de una industria de mecánica de metales para recopilar los datos recopilados. Los resultados indican que la compañía analizada tiene un desempeño triple, propuesto por Abreu et al. (2008), debido a sus actividades económicas, ambientales y sociales, y el análisis de estos indicadores permitió identificar el posicionamiento estratégico en relación con las acciones sociales y ambientales de la compañía, verificar el efecto de sus acciones estratégicas en el resultado económico y financiero. Desarrollo Sustentable.A interferência do ser humano sobre o meio ambiente, tem causado impactos negativos, aumentando as discussões acerca de ações que visem o equilíbrio da preservação ambiental, melhoria das condições sociais e a manutenção do desempenho econômico e financeiro positivo, buscando não comprometer a qualidade de vida da população atual e futura do planeta. Com isso objetiva-se verificar o comportamento de uma indústria metal mecânica com relação as condutas econômicas, ambientais e sociais adotadas com base no modelo ECT-Triplo de Abreu et al., (2008). Para tanto tem-se uma pesquisa descritiva, estudo de campo e quantitativa. Para a realização dessa pesquisa utilizou-se para a coleta de dados coletados o questionários com questões fechadas e abertas com 32 colaboradores (funcionários) de uma indústria metal mecanica. Os resultados indicam que a empresa analisada apresenta desempenho triplo , prosposto por Abreu et al. (2008), decorrente de suas atividades econômicas, ambientais e sociais, sendo que a análise desses indicadores possibilitaram identificar o posicionamento estratégico com relação as ações sócio ambientais da empresa, verificando o efeito de suas ações estratégicas no resultado econômico financeiro.
