Internationalization of curricula in Basic Education: repercussions on the ongoing reforms in Brazil

Resumo: | The main objective of this article is to discuss the repercussions of the discourses formulated by organizations, networks and international agencies that stand in defense of the internationalization of education and curricula, in the production of curricular policies in Brazil in general, and particularly in the curricular reforms that involve the High school. For this purpose, conceptual elements and ideals of internationalization are highlighted, generally placed as a motivation for reforms. Next, it is shown how, in the global-local transit, the systems of diffusion of discourses/texts in defense of internationalization operate. Finally, as a demonstration of this alignment, the markings contained in the texts of reforms involving Secondary Education in Brazil are highlighted. Conclusively, it is stated that internationalization as a concept/fetish continues to seduce policy makers and that, having already conquered territories of Higher Education, it launches itself to occupy those of Basic Education as well. |

Para ello, se destacan elementos conceptuales e ideológicos de la internacionalización, generalmente considerados como motivación para las reformas. A continuación, se muestra cómo, en el tránsito global-local, operan los sistemas de difusión de discursos/textos en defensa de la internacionalización. Finalmente, como demostración de este alineamiento, se destacan las marcas contenidas en los textos de reforma de la Educación Secundaria en Brasil. Concluyendo, se afirma que la internacionalización como concepto/fetiche continúa seduciendo a los responsables políticos y que, habiendo conquistado ya territorios en la Educación Superior, también se lanza a ocupar los de la Educación Básica. O principal objetivo no trabalho, é discutir repercussões dos discursos formulados por organizações, redes e agências internacionais que se colocam em defesa da internacionalização da educação e dos currículos, na produção de políticas curriculares no Brasil em geral, e particularmente nas reformas curriculares que envolvem o Ensino Médio. Com esse propósito, são destacados elementos conceituais e ideários da internacionalização, colocados, em geral, como motivação para reformas. Na sequência, mostra-se como, no transito global-local, operam os sistemas de difusão dos discursos/textos em defesa da internacionalização. Finalmente, como demonstração desse alinhamento, destacam-se marcações contidas nos textos de reformas que envolvem o Ensino Médio no Brasil.
