EDUCATION MANAGEMENT OF NURSES OF THE FAMILY HEALTH STRATEGY

Resumo: | Objective. Describe the characteristics of professional development and identify the continuing education needs and the most important qualifications experienced by nurses that influence their personal leadership. Methods. Exploratory research, under the quantitative approach, based on a case study, with data collection between July and September 2019, with 64 nurses from the municipalities of the 12th Ceará´s Health Regional. Data were collected through a Google Forms® questionnaire and data were analyzed using R software. Results: identified that 60.9% of nurses participated in scientific events; 37.5% have in today's newspapers and magazines their main type of reading; 62.5% frequently access the internet, with the most accessed personal social networks (45.3%). In the last twelve months, 56.2% said they participated in technical-scientific improvement. Of those who did not participate, the main reason was the distance (20.3%). Among the most important qualifications carried out, are topics related to Public Health and Family Health (39%), these were cited by 18.1% as need. Conclusion. Professional development and continuing education are two educational and management tools necessary for the individual and collective work process of nurses in Primary Health Care to strengthen the bond with the community, contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals and the expansion of health care. universal access to health systems. |

Describir las características del desarrollo profesional e identificar las necesidades de educación permanente y las cualificaciones más importantes vivenciadas por los enfermeros que influyen en su liderazgo personal Métodos. Investigación exploratoria, con abordaje cuantitativo, basada en un estudio de caso, con recolección de datos entre julio y septiembre de 2019, con 64 enfermeros de los municipios de la 12ª Regional de Salud de Ceará. La recolección se hizo mediante un cuestionario de Google Forms® y los datos fueron analizados utilizando software R. Resultados: Se identificó lo siguiente: 60,9% de los enfermeros participaron de eventos científicos; 37,5% tienen en periódicos y revistas de actualidad su principal tipo de lectura; 62,5% acceden a internet con frecuencia, siendo las redes sociales personales las más accedidas (45,3%). En los últimos doce meses, 56,2% afirmaron que participaron de perfeccionamiento técnico-científico. De los que no participaron, el principal motivo fue la distancia (20,3%). Entre las cualificaciones más importantes realizadas, están temas relacionados a la Salud Pública y de la Familia (39%), siendo citadas por 18,1% como necesidad. Conclusión. El desarrollo profesional y la educación permanente son dos herramientas educativas y de gestión necesarias para el proceso de trabajo individual y colectivo del enfermero en la Atención Primaria a la Salud para fortalecer el vínculo con la comunidad, contribuir con el alcance de los objetivos de desarrollo sustentable y la ampliación del acceso universal a los sistemas de salud.Objetivo: identificar as características do desenvolvimento profissional, as necessidades de educação permanente e as qualificações mais importantes vivenciadas pelos enfermeiros. Método: estudo transversal, descritivo e exploratório, do tipo estudo de caso, realizado entre julho e setembro de 2019, com 64 enfermeiros. A coleta ocorreu por meio de um questionário, adaptado ao Google Forms® e analisados utilizando software R COMPLETAR. Resultados: 60,9% dos enfermeiros participaram de eventos científicos; 37,5% utilizam de jornais e revistas como principal fonte de leitura; 62,5% acessam a internet com frequência, sendo as redes sociais pessoais as mais utilizadas (45,3%). Nos últimos doze meses, 56,2% afirmaram que participaram de aprimoramento técnico-científico. Entre aqueles que não participaram, o principal motivo foi a distância (20,3%). Dentre as qualificações mais importantes realizadas, estão temas relacionados à saúde pública e da família (39%), citadas por 18,1% como necessidade. Conclusão: os enfermeiros da Estratégia Saúde da Família demonstraram grande envolvimento com atividades de aprimoramento técnico-científico e/ou qualificação profissional, com destaque para a participação em eventos científicos na área da Enfermagem.
