Resumo: This article aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions about the reconfiguration of female teaching workers in remote teaching work during COVID-19. This research is justified by the need to understand reconfigurations in female teaching workers since the pandemic. This is a qualitative investigation, from a sociocultural perspective, in which we dialogue with authors such as Facci (2004), Satler (2019), Harvey (2020), among others. We also looked for news published on social medias and on the internet in the year 2020. By interweaving these sources, we highlight elements that allow us to understand the teachers’ work, which was resized by remote activities, causing an overload between professional, home, and maternity activities. The pandemic will impact the training of students and on society, also unfolding on the emotional health of teachers who assume multiple roles.
