Resumo: | The text addresses aspects such as: career, national professional salary floor and the relevance of national, state and municipal education plans to guarantee these rights. It highlights the importance of the work day of education professionals, as to their times and spaces and their organization to guarantee the quality of education and especially for professional valorization. It equates the challenges for implementing the principles of the right to education for all, as stated in the normative legal contributions of the constitutional text and the set of legislation that governs Brazilian education. It seeks to understand the financing policy of basic education, from the funds, whose objectives brought as a center the student, the educational quality and the valorization of professionals. It situates the challenges faced for the implementation of these policies and for the guarantee of quality and educational equity and the valorization of professionals, as proposed by the legislation in studies. |

Equipara los desafíos para la implementación de los principios del derecho a la educación para todos, tal como se establece en las contribuciones legales normativas del texto constitucional y el conjunto de leyes que rigen la educación brasileña. Busca comprender la política de financiamiento de la educación básica, a partir de los fondos, cuyos objetivos se centraron en el estudiante, la calidad educativa y la valoración de los profesionales.
