Precisa estar diretamente ligado com a realidade do aluno, para que este encontre sentido nos conteúdos que são trabalhados em sala de aula, deixando de ser atividades mecanizadas e desconexas com o meio social, com o dia a dia do aluno e de forma isolada das demais disciplinas. É importante ressalvar que o caminho trilhado pelo pesquisador, na análise de conteúdo, não precisa necessariamente seguir essa ordem, dependendo muito dos elementos que fazem parte da pesquisa. Dessa forma, é importante que o pesquisador tenha perceptibilidade para escolher o melhor instrumento oferecido por essa técnica.
