Inclusive classroom in higher education in bachelor`s degrees: which environment is that?

Resumo: For the the past decades, teacher training proposals, based on the principles derived from the inclusion paradigms, in Bachelor’s degrees courses, have been questioned in their results. It’s mainly due to the difficulties related to political-philosophical, pedagogical and classroom management decisions. In order to better understand this dynamics, a collaborative research-action project was developed, which is called "Teaching Methodology in the Context of Bachelor’s degrees courses under an Inclusive Perspective". The project is developed in undergraduate courses of the UFGD. Therefore, this article proposes to discuss the classroom environment, both face-to-face and online, under the bias of inclusive education, in order to subsidize reflections that collaborate with the teaching practice in undergraduate courses. The closing remarks point out that the society uses inequality methods to deal with the differences and the different ones that fit into norms of normality. The rupture with this logic goes through the reorganization of exclusion processes in education systems, taking into account their curricula and their classrooms under the perspective of differences, in a multicultural dimension.

En el sentido de comprender mejor esta dinámica, se desarrolló un proyecto de investigación-acción, crítico-colaborativo, denominado "Metodología de enseñanza del profesor en el contexto de las licenciaturas en una perspectiva inclusiva". El proyecto se desarrolla en cursos de licenciatura de la UFGD (Universidad Federal de Grande Dourados). Por lo tanto, este artículo se propone discutir el espacio del aula, presencial y virtual, por la perspectiva de la educación inclusiva, de modo a subsidiar reflexiones que colaboren con el ejercicio docente en cursos de licenciatura. Las consideraciones finales apuntan que la sociedad utiliza métodos de desigualdad para lidiar con las diferencias y los diferentes que se encuadran en patrones de normalidad. La ruptura con esa lógica pasa por la reorganización de los procesos excluyentes en los sistemas de enseñanza, teniendo en cuenta sus currículos y sus aulas en la perspectiva de las diferencias, en una dimensión multicultural.Nas últimas décadas, as propostas de formação de professores, com base nos princípios decorrentes dos paradigmas inclusivos, nos cursos de licenciaturas, vêm sendo questionadas em seus resultados, principalmente pelas dificuldades relacionadas às decisões político-filosóficas, pedagógicas e de gestão da sala de aula. Para entender melhor essa dinâmica, desenvolveu-se um projeto de pesquisa-ação, crítico-colaborativo, denominado “Metodologia de ensino do professor no contexto das licenciaturas em uma perspectiva inclusiva”. O projeto é desenvolvido em cursos de licenciatura da UFGD. Portanto, este artigo se propõe a discutir o espaço da sala de aula, presencial e virtual, sob o viés da educação inclusiva, de modo a subsidiar reflexões que colaborem com o exercício docente em cursos de licenciatura. As considerações finais apontam que a sociedade usa de métodos de desigualdades para lidar com as diferenças e os diferentes que se enquadram em padrões de normalidade.
