Whatsapp contributions in spanish teaching: a perspective of meaningful and collaborative learning

Resumo: This article describes a didactic proposal, mediated by the use of WhatsApp as a potential tool for the teaching of Spanish as an additional language. Activities are drawn from collaborative and meaningful practice with authentic situations of the language usage, taking by reference the theoretical construct of the Theory of Meaningful Learning (AUSUBEL, 2003) and Collaborative Practice of Writing. The results identify positive contributions about the increased interest and motivation of students, promotion of discursive competence, interactivity, autonomy, about actions involving the authorship and collaborative construction in information network for knowledge sharing.

Las actividades son desarrolladas a partir de prácticas colaborativas y significativas, tomando como referencia el constructo teórico de la Teoría del Aprendizaje Significativo (AUSUBEL, 2003) y de Prácticas Colaborativas de Escrita. Los resultados muestran contribuciones positivas con relación al aumento del interés y motivación de los alumnos, fomento de la competencia discursiva del idioma, de la interactividad, autonomía y acciones que involucran la autoría y la construcción colaborativa en red de informaciones compartidas de conocimiento.Este artigo descreve uma proposta didática mediada pelo uso do WhatsApp como potencial ferramenta para o ensino do Espanhol como língua adicional. As atividades são elaboradas a partir de práticas colaborativas e significativas, tomando como referência o construto teórico da Teoria da Aprendizagem Significativa (AUSUBEL, 2003) e de Práticas Colaborativas de Escrita.
