Resumo: The gym at work has been widely deployed by companies that adopt programs of quality of life at work, with the objective of developing biopsychosocial related benefits to employees. This fact has promoted a growing market demand for the emergence of service providers in that area. However, it is perceived that many of these service providers do not conduct an analysis of the potential market and a strategic plan for expansion of your business what would you more competitive in the market. Still incipient discussion of this theme in the literature of the area, this article is to think about the proposal need to know the peculiarities of business and labor market in which you want to act.

Hecho que ha creado una creciente demanda del mercado para la aparición de proveedores de servicios en esa esfera. Sin embargo, se percibe que muchos de estos proveedores de servicios no han hecho un análisis del mercado potencial y un plan estratégico para ampliar sus negocios y proporcionar un mercado competitivo. Por lo tanto, este artículo es discutir el tema propuesto, la reflexión sobre la necesidad de conocer el negocio en el que desea actuar con el fin de tener una mejor oportunidad de éxito en el mercado laboral.A ginástica laboral tem sido amplamente implantada pelas empresas que adotam programas de qualidade de vida no trabalho, com o objetivo de desenvolver benefícios biopsicossociais relacionados aos trabalhadores. Este fato tem promovido uma crescente demanda do mercado para o surgimento de prestadores de serviços nessa área. Porém, percebe-se que vários desses prestadores de serviços, não realizam uma análise do potencial do mercado, bem como um planejamento estratégico para expansão do seu negócio o que lhe proporcionaria maior competitividade no mercado.
