TV Proselytism and Corporeidades in an Expression of Catholicism

This research has as the aim of study the patterns of widespread bodies in religious TV-programs. The media resources have been more and more explored by the religions forming real virtual communities of solace. They form new diffusiveness ways with specific model of the living religion showing strong impact for the construction of corporeidades. Indeed it’s a complex phenomenon and diversified religious proselytism with consequences for the normalization of bodies of big interest in a major of Physical Education. This phenomenon was chosen to be studied in the Movement of Catholic Charismatic Renewal because it’s an expensive example of the media resources from the Catholic Church. The data have been collected through primary and secondary sources. The results show that this religious movement spreads corporeidades that express its proselytism project in the Brazilian society in dialog with the religious goods marketing.
