Resumo: | The physical training cause physiological and morphological alterations in the organism of the animals. Thus, the aim of the research was to verify the effect of the aerobic and force training in the body mass in rats. It was a experimental study, 46 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: sedentary controls group (CG) aerobic training group (ATG) and force training group (FTG). The ATG and FTG training during 12 weeks and the CG was a sedentary group. In the statistical analysis used the dependent ´´t`` test and the simple analysis of variance (ANOVA – one way). The three groups showed an increased in body mass in the end of the research. However, there were no significant differences in body mass between the 3 groups. |
