Resumo: In this text we make the referring analysis of process-crime the cases of accused people, defendants, judged, condemned or acquitted, for practical of Charlatanism and Illegal Exercise of on professions to the area of the health (Medicine, Odontologia, Pharmacy and Nursing). We intend to offer information, that we judge valuable on the characterization of the procedures of the healers and excessively practicing of this not authorized and not recognized medicine for the State, and on the supposed victims, accusations and arguments used for the defense and the public prosecutor's office in elapsing of the processes.
