Fuzzy modeling of development characteristics of broccoli influenced by the application of biofertilizers

Resumo: Abstract: Broccoli is a plant grown in different regions of the world. Its cultivation requires large amounts of fertilizers, due to its short cycle and high productivity. Biofertilizers appear as an alternative and aim at more sustainable agricultural systems. The objective of this work was to study the effects on some characteristics of the development of ninja broccoli culture, of different doses of biofertilizers, supermagro and cow urine, applied after transplanting, using fuzzy modeling. For this purpose, the supermagro biofertilizer was produced and 144 seedlings were transplanted into a greenhouse, divided into 9 treatments and subjected to different sprayings of biofertilizers. Between the dates after transplanting 65 and 85, all plants were measured in terms of fresh mass and inflorescence diameter. Next, a fuzzy modeling was performed to analyze these data. It is concluded that, in the use of biofertilizers, applications of 1% cow urine and 1 to 4% supermagro, presented the highest values for the measured variables, compatible with what was measured in treatment T1 (testimonial), which, in exact terms, were the highest for such variables. In addition, the fuzzy system proved to be efficient in generating graphical results used in the agronomic analysis of the experiment.

Su cultivo requiere grandes cantidades de fertilizantes, debido a su ciclo corto y alta productividad. Los biofertilizantes aparecen como una alternativa y apuntan a sistemas agrícolas más sustentables. El objetivo de este trabajo fue estudiar los efectos sobre algunas características del desarrollo del cultivo de brócoli ninja, de diferentes dosis de biofertilizantes, supermagro y orina de vaca, aplicadas después del trasplante, mediante modelado difuso. Para ello se elaboró el biofertilizante supermagro y se trasplantaron a invernadero 144 plántulas, divididas en 9 tratamientos y sometidas a diferentes aspersiones de biofertilizantes. Entre las fechas posteriores al trasplante 65 y 85, todas las plantas fueron medidas en términos de masa fresca y diámetro de inflorescencia. A continuación, se realizó un modelado borroso para analizar estos datos. Se concluye que, en el uso de biofertilizantes, las aplicaciones de orina de vaca al 1% y supermagro al 1%, presentaron los valores más altos para las variables medidas, compatible con lo medido en el tratamiento T1 (testimonial), que, en términos exactos, fueron los más altos para dichas variables. Además, el sistema difuso demostró ser eficiente en la generación de resultados gráficos utilizados en el análisis agronómico del experimento.Resumo: Os brócolis são plantas cultivadas em diversas regiões do mundo. Seu cultivo necessita de grandes quantidades de fertilizantes, devido ao seu ciclo curto e à alta produtividade. Os biofertilizantes surgem como alternativa e visam sistemas agrícolas mais sustentáveis. O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar os efeitos em algumas características do desenvolvimento da cultura de brócolis ninja, de diferentes doses de biofertilizantes, supermagro e urina de vaca, aplicadas após o transplantio, utilizando modelagem fuzzy. Para tanto, produziu-se o biofertilizante supermagro e 144 mudas, estas foram transplantadas em uma casa de vegetação, divididas em 9 tratamentos e submetidas a diferentes pulverizações de biofertilizantes. Entre as datas após transplantio 65 e 85, todas as plantas foram aferidas em relação massa fresca e o diâmetro da inflorescência. Na sequência, realizou-se uma modelagem fuzzy, para analisar esses dados. Conclui-se que, na utilização de biofertilizantes, as aplicações de urina de vaca a 1% e o supermagro de 1 a 4%, apresentaram os maiores valores para as variáveis aferidas, compatíveis com o que foi medido no tratamento T1 (testemunho), que em termos exatos, foram os maiores para tais variáveis.
