Resumo: It aims to point out a theoretical structure of an Information Literacy Development Program aimed at the LGBTI+ population, in addition to bringing concepts of the characteristics of this meta-competence. It refers to a literature review, pointing out the concepts of attitudes, behaviors, skills, values and knowledge. This research is characterized as bibliographical, documental and descriptive, with a qualitative approach. In addition, it considers the topics addressed in the research, among which the main Information Literacy and its components, the Information Literacy Development Program and the LGBTI+ population stand out. In this sense, the implementation of this article in structuring a program for the development of Information Literacy for the LGBTI+ population with a focus on attitudes, behaviors, skills, values and knowledge will occur theoretically. It is understood the importance and need to work towards combating the social vulnerabilities of minority groups, such as the LGBTI+ population, from the perspective of Information Literacy.

Refere-se a uma revisão de literatura, apontando os conceitos de atitudes, comportamentos, habilidades, valores e conhecimentos. A presente pesquisa se caracteriza como bibliográfica, documental e descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa. Além disso, considera os temas abordados na pesquisa, dentre os quais se destacam como principais Competência em Informação e seus componentes, Programa de Desenvolvimento da Competência em Informação e população LGBTI+. Neste sentido, a concretização deste artigo em estruturar um programa de desenvolvimento da Competência em Informação para a população LGBTI+ com foco em atitudes, comportamentos, habilidades, valores e conhecimentos ocorrerá de forma teórica.
