Resumo: It discusses the perception of information professionals - archivists, librarians and museologists - about work practice, in the perspective of Covid-19's pandemic scenario. It focuses on professional action to face the health crisis, use of friendly and reliable information resources, as well as expressions that show the experience and overcoming of professionals from the point of view of the concept of informational resilience and the contributions of Information Science in labor practice. It results from a quantitative and qualitative research, with exploratory research. For data collection, a questionnaire built on Google Forms was used as an instrument. Data analysis was performed using Bardin's content analysis with the establishment of categories. It is observed that professionals continue their work in the face of informational uncertainties that the Brazilian epidemic context presents, and see their activities as potential to disseminate essential information for the benefit of science and the future, demonstrating the protagonist consolidation of their actions before society. It is concluded that, despite all the challenges imposed by the current moment with work overload, isolation and concern, the archivists, librarians and museologists participating in the research have tried to reinvent themselves, adapting to the imposed context and trying to practice resilience.
