Faced with the current environmental and social problems caused by the linear economic model, circularity emerges as an alternative that seeks solutions for a more sustainable future and reducing the marginalization of social groups. Thus, the present research aims to understand how transversality and verticality approaches can be applied in the context of knowledge management at the organizational level in order to enhance the circular economy in companies' actions, as well as promote inclusive innovation in favor of dignity and justice for people. This work is considered important due to the proposal to integrate technical, economic, environmental and social knowledge that requires rethinking their attitudes and strategies in favor of sustainable and inclusive solutions. The general objective of this work is to reflect on the importance of transversality and verticality in knowledge management with the aim of promoting and stimulating the circular economy in companies and also through these actions, inclusive innovation. The methodology applied is qualitative bibliographic research that sought to understand concepts and phenomena, as well as make interconnections. As results, a synthesis of the aforementioned approaches is presented in line with the concepts and elements of the knowledge spiral.
