Resumo: | In this way, the Dossier Section is structured based on the following works: a) Interview carried out with Everton Vieira Vargas, Ambassador of Brazil to Argentina; b) Promises of South-South cooperation: reflections on the report “Bridges over the Atlantic”, by André Luiz Zanão Tosta; c) The role of defense coalitions in the direction of Brazilian foreign trade policy: from the FTAA negotiations to the Mercosur-European Union association agreement, by Ricardo Dias da Silva. In the Miscellaneous Section, the published articles cover various themes and reflections on different social phenomena in the Human Sciences. In this way, this section is structured based on the following works: a) The principles of precaution and the polluter pays as instruments of legal effectiveness in combating pollution of the marine environment, by Rúbia Martins; b) Americanism and Fordism: the passive revolution in the United States, by Felipe Alexandre Silva de Souza; c) The Brazilian state and outsourcing, by Yuri Rodrigues da Cunha; d) Qualification of the workforce and public policy in Brazil: conceptual progress and regression, by Solange de Cassia Inforzato de Souza; e) Language and limit in Wittgenstein: a conditional episteme and possibilities as opening, by Wellington Amâncio da Silva. The Review Section features Lamia Saadi Tosi's comments on Marc Augé's book No Places: Introduction to an Anthropology of Supermodernity. In the Special Section, we present three articles with the theme of education. They are: a) Training and teaching in the Military Police: political concepts and subordination; pedagogical affiliations and memberships, by Antonio Alberto Brunetta; b) Notes on rural settlements in agrarian reform and their role in the qualification, training and education of settlers, by Marcos Cassin & Mírian Helena Goldschmidt; c) From the debate between Florestan and Guerreiros Ramos to the analysis of sociology compendia from the 1930s: some notes and possible recontextualizations, by Marcelo Augusto Totti & Eder Fernando dos Santos. |

En la Sección Miscelánea, los artículos publicados abarcan diversos temas y reflexiones sobre distintos fenómenos sociales en las Ciencias Humanas. De esta manera, este apartado se estructura a partir de los siguientes trabajos: a) Los principios de precaución y de quien contamina paga como instrumentos de eficacia jurídica en la lucha contra la contaminación del medio marino, de Rúbia Martins; b) Americanismo y fordismo: la revolución pasiva en Estados Unidos, de Felipe Alexandre Silva de Souza; c) El Estado brasileño y la subcontratación, por Yuri Rodrigues da Cunha; d) Calificación de la fuerza laboral y políticas públicas en Brasil: avances conceptuales y regresiones, por Solange de Cassia Inforzato de Souza; e) Lenguaje y límite en Wittgenstein: una episteme condicional y posibilidades como apertura, por Wellington Amâncio da Silva. La sección de reseñas presenta los comentarios de Lamia Saadi Tosi sobre el libro de Marc Augé No Places: Introducción a una antropología de la supermodernidad. En la Sección Especial presentamos tres artículos con el tema de la educación. Son: a) Formación y enseñanza en la Policía Militar: conceptos políticos y subordinación; afiliaciones y membresías pedagógicas, de Antonio Alberto Brunetta; b) Apuntes sobre los asentamientos rurales en la reforma agraria y su papel en la calificación, capacitación y educación de los colonos, por Marcos Cassin y Mírian Helena Goldschmidt; c) Del debate entre Florestan y Guerreiros Ramos al análisis de los compendios de sociología de los años 1930: algunas notas y posibles recontextualizaciones, por Marcelo Augusto Totti & Eder Fernando dos Santos.Deste modo, a Seção Dossiê estrutura-se a partir dos seguintes trabalhos: a) Entrevista realizada com Everton Vieira Vargas, Embaixador do Brasil na Argentina; b) Promessas da cooperação Sul-Sul: reflexões em torno do relatório “Pontes sobre o Atlântico”, de André Luiz Zanão Tosta; c) O papel das coalizões de defesa nos rumos da política comercial externa brasileira: das negociações da Alca ao acordo de associação Mercosul-União Europeia, de Ricardo Dias da Silva. Na Seção Miscelânea, os artigos publicados contemplam variados temas e reflexões de diversos fenômenos sociais das Ciências Humanas. Desta forma, essa seção estrutura-se a partir dos seguintes trabalhos: a) Dos princípios da precaução e do poluidor pagador como instrumentos de efetividade jurídica no combate à poluição do meio ambiente marinho, de Rúbia Martins; b) Americanismo e fordismo: a revolução passiva nos Estados Unidos, de Felipe Alexandre Silva de Souza; c) O estado brasileiro e a terceirização, de Yuri Rodrigues da Cunha; d) Qualificação da mão de obra e política pública no Brasil: progresso e retrocesso conceituais, de Solange de Cassia Inforzato de Souza; e) Linguagem e limite em Wittgenstein: uma episteme condicional e de possibilidades como abertura, de Wellington Amâncio da Silva. A Seção Resenha traz os comentários de Lamia Saadi Tosi ao livro de Marc Augé Não lugares: introdução a uma Antropologia da supermodernidade. Na Seção Especial, apresentamos três artigos com a temática sobre educação.
