Resumo: The average temperature on Earth's surface and ocean in 2016 was the highest since 1880, the third consecutive year of global warming records. Even in the face of this scenario, in June 2017, the US government announced its withdrawal from the Paris Accord, the most important initiative to combat global warming. It is in this context that the present work intends to identify the perspectives of the Paris Agreement after the environmental deregulation of Washington, understanding that the theme is not exhausted nor is it plausible of a final analysis. Between the failure of the Accord and the strengthening of nations that can no longer rely on US policies for environmental cooperation, it was noted at the end of the study that the world's top leaders have made a commitment that Countries will intensify their efforts to help developing nations, and in particular the poorest and most endangered nations, to achieve their goals in the fight against global warming, by giving effective continuation of a climate policy that preserves planet Earth

Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências2018-09-13info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/726010.36311/1982-8004.2018.v11n1.02.p23Revista Aurora; v. 11 n. 1 (2018); 23-48Revista Aurora; Vol. 11 No. 1 (2018); 23-48Revista Aurora; Vol. 11 Núm. 1 (2018); 23-481982-80042177-0484reponame:Revista Aurora (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/7260/5243Copyright (c) 2018 Revista Aurorahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBruno, Flávio Marcelo RodriguesFraga, Jonhanny Mariel Leal2024-04-03T13:43:29Zoai:ojs.revistas.marilia.unesp.br:article/7260Revistahttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/indexPUBhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/oaiaurora.revista@gmail.com||1982-80041982-8004opendoar:2024-04-03T13:43:29Revista Aurora (Online) - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)false
