Resumo: | The average temperature on Earth’s surf aceand ocean in 2016 wast he highest since 1880, the third consecutive eyear of global warm ingrecords. Even in the face of thisscenario, in June 2017, the US governmentannounced its withdrawalfromthe Paris Accord, themostimportantinitiativetocombat global warming. It is in thiscontextthatthepresentworkintendstoidentifythe perspectives ofthe Paris Agreementaftertheenvironmentalderegulationof Washington, understandingthatthethemeisnotexhaustednoris it plausibleof a final analysis. BetweenthefailureoftheAccordandthestrengtheningofnationsthatcan no longerrelyon US policies for environmentalcooperation, it wasnotedattheendofthestudythattheworld’s top leadershavemade a commitmentthat Countries willintensifytheireffortsto help developingnations, and in particular thepoorestandmostendangerednations, toachievetheirgoals in thefightagainst global warming, bygivingeffectivecontinuationof a climatepolicythat preserves planet Earth |

Mesmo diante deste cenário, em junho de 2017, o governo norte-americano anunciou a sua retirada do Acordo de Paris, a mais importante iniciativa de combate ao aquecimento global da atualidade. É diante deste contexto que o presente trabalho pretende identificar as perspectivas do Acordo de Paris após a desregulamentação ambiental de Washington, compreendendo que o tema não se esgota e tampouco é plausível de uma análise finalística.
