Resumo: | ABSTRACT: In order for a quality education to exist, we must think about the needs of the students and thus offer the means for them to be supplied, after all the child develops according to the environment that is offered. From this, we can see that there are several aspects that contribute to this formation. Therefore, we will discuss the formation of the child as a subject and the difficulties presented by it in basic education, taking into account the socio-cultural aspects. It will also be verified the gaps in the teaching and learning process of the students and of the teacher training itself, which, due to a social origin, do not see or do not look at issues that generate inefficiencies in the learning of students who are in the process of construction. As a research modality will be used the qualitative and quantitative methods, which will facilitate the understanding of the research, seeking to deepen our knowledge about the theme chosen with theoretical basis and data collection in order to prove the established hypotheses. RESUMO: Para que haja uma educação de qualidade devemos pensar nas necessidades dos educandos e, assim, oferecer meios para que estas sejam supridas, afinal a criança se desenvolve de acordo com o ambiente que a ela é ofertado. Partindo disso, percebe-se que são vários os aspectos que contribuem para tal formação. Por isso, discutir-se-á sobre a formação da criança enquanto sujeito e as dificuldades apresentadas por ela no ensino básico, levando em consideração os aspectos socioculturais. Também serão verificadas as lacunas no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos discentes e da própria formação docente que, devido a uma origem social, não enxergam ou não se atentam para questões que geram ineficiências na aprendizagem dos alunos que estão em processo de construção. Como modalidade de pesquisa serão utilizados os métodos qualitativo e quantitativo, que facilitará a compreensão da pesquisa, buscando aprofundar os nossos conhecimentos acerca do tema escolhido com embasamento teórico e coleta de dados a fim de comprovar as hipóteses estabelecidas.
