Resumo: In this article we present some impressions about the experience of education and political formation of the Escuela Técnica Agropecuária “Ernesto Guevara” in the Comuna Socialista Agroecológica El Maizal, located between the states of Lara and Portuguesa in Venezuela. We consider that this experience corresponds to a process of education originating from popular self-organization, linked to the productive organization of the commune, and which constitutes an essential part of the resistance to imperialism and of the organizational strategy for the territorialization of popular power in the country. In order to reflect on this experience, we analyzed some legal frameworks concerning education and communal organization in the country, as well as the school's pedagogical proposal, beyond the observation in loco of some activities carried out by students in the Comuna El Maizal in February and March 2022.

Consideramos que esta experiencia corresponde a un proceso de educación que nace de la autoorganización popular, vinculado a la organización productiva de la comuna, y que constituye parte esencial de la resistencia al imperialismo y de la estrategia organizativa para la territorialización del poder popular en el país. Para reflexionar sobre esta experiencia, analizamos algunos marcos legales en materia de educación y organización comunal en el país, así como la propuesta pedagógica de la escuela, además de realizar una observación in loco de algunas de las actividades realizadas por los estudiantes de la Comuna El Maizal en febrero y marzo de 2022.Neste artigo apresentamos algumas impressões sobre a experiência de educação e formação política da Escola Técnica Agropecuária “Ernesto Guevara” na Comuna Socialista Agroecológica El Maizal, localizada entre os estados de Lara e Portuguesa na Venezuela. Consideramos que esta experiência corresponde a um processo de educação oriunda da auto-organização popular, vinculada à organização produtiva da comuna, e que se constitui em parte essencial da resistência ao imperialismo e da estratégia de organização para a territorialização do poder popular no país.
