Resumo: | This text presents the political education from the perspective of democracy and citizenship, emphasizing the use of the means of open media: the format of the net in the Internet. It also refers to the possibility of deepening the concept of interactive citizenship and the incorporation of technology to the democratic aspects of life, mainly from 1996, after the first electronic voting. |
