CORPORATE EDUCATION AS INSTRUMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE EFFECTIVENESS

Resumo: Intellectual Capital is the essential resource to carry out the cultural transformation and to promote the adjustments and innovations necessary for the perpetuation of companies in the current competitive and demanding market for transparency and integrity. This article aims to analyze the relationship between Corporate Education and Environmental Compliance, seeking to find out if Corporate Education can be an instrument for implementing Environmental Compliance. For this research, it starts from the affirmative hypothesis and adopts the methodology of qualitative and dogmatic research, by hypothetical-deductive method, with bibliographic and documentary technique. As a result, the need to prove the integrity program for the benefits of penalty dosimetry and the relevance of implementing Environmental Compliance was verified. Also, the structuring and strategic purpose of Corporate Education was evidenced, as well as its characteristics of continuity, wide connectivity and availability. It was also inferred that the task of promoting environmental education in the business environment was due. Finally, it is concluded that Corporate Education is a skillful means to carry out Environmental Compliance, with means, methods, flexibility and records to culminate in its proper implementation, which begins with the promotion of Environmental Education itself. Environmental Education.O Capital Intelectual é o recurso imprescindível para se realizar a transformação cultural e para se promover as adequações e inovações necessárias para perpetuação das empresas no atual mercado competitivo e exigente por transparência e integridade. O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a relação da Educação Corporativa com o Compliance Ambiental, buscando averiguar se a Educação Corporativa pode se constituir como instrumento de efetivação do Compliance Ambiental. Para tal pesquisa, parte-se da hipótese afirmativa e adota-se a metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa e dogmática, por método hipotético-dedutivo, com técnica bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados, apuraram-se a necessidade de comprovação do programa de integridade para benefícios de dosimetria da pena e a relevância da implantação do Compliance Ambiental. Também, restaram evidenciadas a estruturação e a finalidade estratégica da Educação Corporativa, bem como suas características de continuidade, ampla conectividade e disponibilidade. Depreendeu-se, ainda, a incumbência de promoção da educação ambiental no âmbito empresarial. Por fim, conclui-se que a Educação Corporativa é meio hábil para realização do Compliance Ambiental, com meios, métodos, flexibilidade e registros para culminar em sua devida implantação, que se inicia com a própria promoção da Educação Ambiental.
