CORPORATE EDUCATION AS INSTRUMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE EFFECTIVENESS

Intellectual Capital is the essential resource to carry out the cultural transformation and to promote the adjustments and innovations necessary for the perpetuation of companies in the current competitive and demanding market for transparency and integrity. This article aims to analyze the relationship between Corporate Education and Environmental Compliance, seeking to find out if Corporate Education can be an instrument for implementing Environmental Compliance. For this research, it starts from the affirmative hypothesis and adopts the methodology of qualitative and dogmatic research, by hypothetical-deductive method, with bibliographic and documentary technique. As a result, the need to prove the integrity program for the benefits of penalty dosimetry and the relevance of implementing Environmental Compliance was verified. Also, the structuring and strategic purpose of Corporate Education was evidenced, as well as its characteristics of continuity, wide connectivity and availability. It was also inferred that the task of promoting environmental education in the business environment was due. Finally, it is concluded that Corporate Education is a skillful means to carry out Environmental Compliance, with means, methods, flexibility and records to culminate in its proper implementation, which begins with the promotion of Environmental Education itself.
