Resumo: The present study sought to examine in the labor field the legislative standards of applicability of the institute of disregard for legal personality and pledge of wages in respect of the basic principle of human dignity. Preliminarily, the concept of the aforementioned principle was established, under the premise of subsidizing understandings about its applicability, relevance and social merit employed in the midst of a society with the possibility of establishing minimum parameters to be observed by legal operators. Then, it sought to constitute considerations on the use of the institute of disregard of the legal personality and its procedural convergence in the face of fraudulent acts that inhibit mandatory compliance. Finally, the relativization of wage pledge in labor processes was discussed, in view of the food character carved in these, promoting the application combined with the institute of disregard, observing the existing rules in compliance with and respect for the principle of human dignity. Through the deductive method with bibliographic research and jurisprudence, he participated in the proposition of considerations and considerations capable of ascending and promoting the essence of the principle of human dignity in the appreciation of procedural demands and its reciprocal procedural applicability. Contradictory and broad defense.O presente estudo buscou examinar na seara trabalhista os padrões legislativos de aplicabilidade do instituto da desconsideração da personalidade jurídica e (im) penhorabilidade do salário em respeito ao princípio basilar da dignidade da pessoa humana. Preliminarmente, foi estabelecido a conceituação do princípio ora citado, sob a premissa de subsidiar compreensões sobre sua aplicabilidade, relevância e mérito social empregados no bojo de uma sociedade com possibilidade de estabelecer parâmetros mínimos a serem observados pelos operadores de direito. Em seguida procurou constituir considerações sobre a utilização do instituto da desconsideração da personalidade jurídica e sua convergência processual diante de atos fraudulentos e inibidores de cumprimento obrigacional. Por último, discutiu-se a relativização da penhorabilidade salarial em processos trabalhistas, tendo em vista o caráter alimentar esculpido nestes, fomentando a aplicação cumulada com o instituto da desconsideração, observando os regramentos existentes em atendimento e respeito ao princípio da dignidade humana.
