Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness about some essential curricular and organizational issues, that help advance towards a model for coeducational schools. Under an ethnographic approach, we present the most important results of a study conducted in a Spanish public school, which is a paradigmatic example of a school that undertakes reflections and actions that explicitly strive to eliminate gender discrimination and build other models of masculinity and femininity.

Para ello, adoptando un enfoque etnográfico, se plantean los resultados más relevantes de una investigación realizada en una escuela pública española que constituye un ejemplo paradigmático de una escuela que emprende reflexiones y acciones explícitamente destinadas a eliminar las discriminaciones debidas al género y a construir otros modelos de masculinidad y de feminidad.Este artigo tem como objetivo tornar visíveis algumas chaves curriculares e organizacionais essenciais para avançar em um modelo de escola mista.
