Resumo: | This paper is part of a larger one on the reception of Paulo Freire’s work in Argentina. Pedagogy of the Opressed arrived early in our country and had an enthusiastic reception and political- pedagogical influence, not only in the field of education but also and especially among trade unions, political and religious militants who embraced the banners of liberation of the “Third World”. In this text we intend to show the core of thematic coincidences that exist between the Freire’s work prior to Pedagogy of the Opressed and the core of political pedagogical issues developed by popular Nationalisms in Argentina, which mainly converge in a front led by the Peronist movement. |

La obra Pedagogía del oprimido llegó tempranamente al país y tuvo una entusiasta recepción e influencia político-pedagógica no solo en el ámbito de la educación, sino también y especialmente entre los militantes sindicales, políticos, religiosos que abrazaban las banderas de liberación del “Tercer mundo”. En este texto, pretendemos mostrar el núcleo de coincidencias temáticas, que existen entre la obra freireana anterior a Pedagogía del oprimido, y el núcleo de problemas político-pedagógicos elaborados por los nacionalismos populares en Argentina, que confluyen mayoritariamente en un frente liderado por el movimiento Peronista.Este trabalho resulta de uma pesquisa sobre a recepção da obra de Paulo Freire na Argentina. A obra Pedagogia do oprimido chegou cedo ao país e teve uma recepção entusiasmada e exerceu influência político-pedagógica não apenas no âmbito da educação, mas também, e especialmente, entre os militantes sindicais, políticos e religiosos que abraçavam as bandeiras de libertação do “Terceiro mundo”.
