Resumo: The article presents data on educational research in the human development field of adolescent in family, school and peer environments. The objective is to communicate to readers general results of a qualitative research, conducted from 2015 to 2019, at the Doctorate level, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba (RMC), based on Bronfenbrenner's Bioecological Theory of Human Development (TBDH) (2005/2011). It focused on understanding how human values ​​cultivated in the family environment are perceived by adolescent learners and reflected in the interpersonal relationships they maintain at school and with their peers. The participants were teenagers (14 to 17 years old), enrolled in high school and attending a job training program. The data collection instrument was conducted by semi-structured interviews, supported by the Ecological Insertion (IE) bioecological method proposed by Cecconello and Koller (2003). In the data analysis, it used the techniques of Content Analysis (BARDIN, 2016) and the software IRAMUTEC. The results show the mother's centrality in the interpersonal relationships of the research participants. The ecological validation of the human values ​​apprehended in the family occurred and the application of these values ​​in the proximal processes that they establish along the life cycle. The role of the mother in family relationships and their effects on the lives of their children throughout their lives indicates the urgency of public policies that foster the care, formation and development of a culture focused on the integral development of mothers, especially in the underprivileged groups.

El objetivo es comunicar los resultados generales de una investigación cualitativa (2015-2019), a nivel de doctorado, en la Región Metropolitana de Curitiba, basada en la Teoría Bioecológica del Desarrollo Humano, de Bronfenbrenner (2005/2011). Se centró en comprender cómo los alumnos adolescentes perciben los valores humanos en el entorno familiar y se reflejan en las relaciones interpersonales en la escuela y con sus compañeros. Participantes: adolescentes (de 14 a 17 años), matriculados en la escuela secundaria y que asistían a un programa de capacitación laboral. La recolección de datos se realizó entrevistas, apoyadas por el método de Inserción Ecológica (IE) de Cecconello y Koller (2003). En el análisis de datos, utilizó las técnicas de Análisis de Contenido (BARDIN, 2016) y el software IRAMUTEC. Los resultados muestran la centralidad de la madre en las relaciones interpersonales de los participantes de la investigación. Se produjo la validación ecológica de los valores humanos aprehendidos en la familia y la aplicación de estos valores en los procesos proximales que establecen a lo largo del ciclo de vida. El papel de la madre en las relaciones familiares y sus efectos en la vida de sus hijos a lo largo de sus vidas indica la urgencia de las políticas públicas que fomentan el cuidado, la formación y el desarrollo de una cultura centrada en el desarrollo integral de las madres, especialmente en los grupos desfavorecidos.O artigo apresenta dados sobre pesquisa educacional, no campo do desenvolvimento humano de adolescentes, nos ambientes da família, escola e pares. O objetivo é comunicar aos leitores resultados gerais de pesquisa qualitativa, realizada no período de 2015 a 2019, no nível de Doutorado, na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (RMC), cuja base foi a Teoria Bioecológica do Desenvolvimento Humano (TBDH), de Bronfenbrenner (2005/2011). Teve como foco entender como os valores humanos cultivados no ambiente familiar são percebidos por adolescentes aprendizes e refletidos nas relações interpessoais que mantêm na escola e com os pares. Os participantes foram adolescentes (14 a 17 anos), matriculados no Ensino Médio e que frequentam um programa de formação para o trabalho. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi realizado por entrevistas semiestruturadas, respaldado pelo método bioecológico da Inserção Ecológica (IE), proposto por Cecconello e Koller (2003). Na análise dos dados, utilizou as técnicas da Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2016) e o software IRAMUTEC. Os resultados evidenciam a centralidade da mãe nas relações interpessoais dos participantes da pesquisa. Ocorreu a validação ecológica dos valores humanos apreendidos na família e a aplicação desses valores nos processos proximais que estabelecem ao longo do ciclo vital.
