Creative learning in mathematics education: a means to promote financial literacy

Resumo: This article will present a practice that was developed as part of a qualitative research in Mathematics Education and that has been discussing students' difficulties in solving problem-situations that involve financial knowledge. The objective of the practice was to apply the creative learning spiral proposed by Resnick (2020) for the promotion of financial literacy, in a group of high school students. The results indicate that the use of the creative learning spiral can awaken in the student the ability to be the subject of his own learning and responsible for the creation of creative products, which are important insofar as they become impulses for the learning processes and development of attitudes favorable to creativity.

O objetivo da prática foi aplicar a espiral da aprendizagem criativa proposta por Resnick (2020) para a promoção do letramento financeiro, em um grupo de alunos do Ensino Médio.
