Resumo: | This article takes as a reference the research conducted with the goalof analyzing the possibilities of forming a collaborative type of work group ofinstructors of teachers, responsible for the discipline of Differential and Integral Calculus, in a Teaching Credentials Course in Mathematics. The guidingquestions of the investigation were: what are the possibilities and difficulties sothat a collective work group, consisting of instructors of teachers, can begin towork in a collaborative way? In what way can experiences such as this oneimprove the teaching activities in undergraduate courses, and in particular, inMathematics Teacher’s Credentials courses? In this article, we presenttheoretical foundations of the research and data analysis, highlighting: personalrelationships between group members, participation rate, aspects related toleadership and forms of relationship, problems faced by the group for lack ofknowledge about a certain subject and the attitudes taken together by thegroup, and, finally, the evaluation of the participants. |

As questões diretrizes da investigação foram: quais as possibilidades e as dificuldades para que um grupo de trabalho coletivo, constituído por formadores de professores passe a trabalhar de forma colaborativa? De que modo experiências como essa podem melhorar a ação docente nos cursos de graduação, em particular, nos cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática?
