Teachers of the early grades, the stages test and the possibility of learning

Resumo: This work is part of a study of a qualitative and essentially interpretative nature in which the analysis of writtenproduction was used and a stages test, developed with nine teachers of the early grades of the FundamentalTeaching in a public school in Paraná State. This (progressive) stage test, taken as a formative assessment, wasanalyzed as a way to achieve of a guided reinvention on the Realistic Mathematics Education perspective,enabled the researcher/trainer to evaluate the participants work in different moments, in order to makeinterventions considered appropriate. The tests questions were the start point for the reinvention process.Thestage of the research revealed that different strategies, sometimes reflecting different levels, could be provokedand used productively in the learning process. For this article we chose to present the study of the production ofone participant.

For this article we chose to present the study of the production ofone participant.Este trabalho é parte de um estudo de natureza qualitativa e de cunho essencialmente interpretativo no qual se utilizou a análise da produção escrita e uma prova em fases, desenvolvida com nove professoras dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública municipal do Paraná. Essa prova em fases (progressivas) tomada como instrumento de avaliação formativa foi utilizada como um modo de realizar uma reinvenção-guiada na perspectiva da Educação Matemática Realística e viabilizou analisar o trabalho das participantes em diferentes momentos, para fazer intervenções consideradas oportunas. As questões da prova foram o ponto de partida para o processo de reinvenção. As fases da pesquisa revelaram que diferentes estratégias, por vezes refletindo diferentes níveis, puderam ser provocadas e utilizadas de forma produtiva no processo de aprendizagem.
