Resumo: This article aims to expose the formation and composition of human capital in the municipality of Feira de Santana and how they influence the dynamics of that municipality. To this end, this research will appropriate the information referring to the last IBGE census and available data from the Ministry of Education, in order to try to understand if in the municipality of Feira de Santana there are strong numbers in higher education and future perspectives in relation to the city.

Este artículo tiene como objetivo exponer la formación y composición del capital humano en el municipio de Feira de Santana y cómo influyen en la dinámica de ese municipio.
