A reflexão se dá principalmente no âmbito didático-pedagógico a partir do reconhecimento de como experiências formativas, regidas por aspectos ainda hierárquicos e muitas vezes autoritários, impactam não apenas nossas práticas profissionais, mas nossas escolhas e modos de pensar e agir no mundo. Para além disso, identifica entrelaçamentos e fricções entre a TA e o campo da dança e das somáticas, expandindo as discussões para além das especificidades da TA. Para iniciar esse percurso, discuto noções de pesquisa em artes dentro e fora da academia, enfatizando a potência dos processos criativos pertencentes ao campo da dança na construção e fundamentação do seu percurso metodológico. Nesse sentido, me apoio nas propostas da desmontagem, assim como na prática como pesquisa e na pesquisa performativa, apostando em um caminho artístico, processual e questionador. Os interlocutores das ideias aqui desenvolvidas são artistas e professores, filósofos e educadores, entre eles, Paulo Freire, bell, hooks, Virgínia Kastrup e Jacques Rancière, cujas provocações - unidas às minhas inquietações enquanto artista-pesquisadora - foram corporificadas através de três ações (desmontagens) de cunho artístico-pedagógicos. Essas ações, permeadas pela escuta e pelo sentido de coletividade, se desenvolveram em contextos distintos, envolvendo a participação de artistas-pesquisadores, professores da TA, e estudantes de graduação em Dança, respectivamente. Espera-se que essa tese possa se somar na construção de propostas críticas e inventivas envolvendo o campo somático, a formação, a criação e a pesquisa em dançaAbstract: Through a critical review and a process of disassembling my own trajectory and experiences as an artist-researcher of the performing arts and as a teacher of the Alexander Technique (AT), this thesis problematizes the way the AT has traditionally been taught, proposing a broad debate in the sphere of training, with a focus on the teacher-artist. The reflection takes place mainly in the didactic-pedagogical scope from the recognition of how formative experiences, governed by aspects that are still hierarchical and often authoritarian, impact not only our professional practices, but our choices and ways of thinking and acting in the world. Furthermore, it identifies interweavings and frictions between the AT and the field of dance and somatics, expanding the discussions beyond the specificities of the Technique. To start this path, I discuss notions of research in the arts inside and outside of the academia, emphasizing the power of creative processes belonging to the field of dance in the construction and foundation of its methodological path. In this sense, I find support in the proposals of disassembly, as well as in practice as research and in performative research, betting on an artistic, procedural and questioning path. The interlocutors of the ideas developed here are artists and teachers, philosophers and educators, among them Paulo Freire, bell, hooks, Virgínia Kastrup and Jacques Rancière, whose provocations - together with my concerns as an artist-researcher - were embodied through three actions of an artistic-pedagogical nature. These actions, permeated by listening and a sense of collectivity, were developed in different contexts, involving the participation of artist-researchers, AT teachers and undergraduate Dance students, respectively.
