Interessa-me analisar os dizeres que circulam afetados por uma memória sobre os lugares de onde saem aqueles que buscam refúgio, produzindo tensões no contato com o imaginário atribuído ao lugar da chegada. Nessas condições de produção, a posição sujeito refugiado ? que diz a partir de um discurso de refugiado ? se instala na contradição com a posição do sujeito institucional, jurídico, religioso, humanitário, midiático que diz sobre refugiado, em um movimento equívoco de resistência a e de identificação com essas posições que ora reafirmam os sentidos estabilizados, ora produzem sentidos outros em sua discursividade. Neste trabalho, jogo luz ao significante refugiado, observando os processos nos quais operam a inospitalidade, a estereotipia, a xenofobia, o racismo e o silenciamento num discurso transverso que estabiliza os sentidos, fazendo com que aquele que vem de lá seja significado dentro de determinada região de sentidos. Ancorada na Análise de Discurso, a partir dos estudos elaborados na França por Michel Pêcheux e dos trabalhos desenvolvidos no Brasil por Eni Orlandi e outras(os) autoras(es), busco mobilizar noções discursivas pertinentes ao diálogo que estabeleço com o arquivo de análise, bem como propor novas formulações, tais como a noção de um discurso sombra, que emerge do próprio discurso sobre, num funcionamento que reforça efeitos de vitimização e inferiorização dos refugiados. Num movimento pendular entre teoria e análise, parto de um relato sobre a motivação que me leva a aprofundar a pesquisa e uma apresentação de possibilidades para a realização deste percurso. Em seguida proponho dois grandes momentos de reflexão em que o primeiro focaliza a tríade lá, entremeio e aqui, e o segundo gira em torno de uma data específica: o Dia Mundial do Refugiado. Para isso, mobilizo um arquivo constituído por: (1) reportagens de jornais de grande circulação; (2) vídeos das campanhas realizadas entre 2015 e 2018; e (3) transcrições dos pronunciamentos realizados em 2015, 2016, 2017 e 2020. Em meus gestos de análise, detenho-me sobre as marcas que me chamam a atenção pelo modo como comparecem nos materiais, bem como por sua recorrência especialmente nos pronunciamentos. A exemplo do que me pega, destaco os dêiticos que apontam a ausência e indicam outros espaços de significação; o já-dito materializado nas reivindicações e o não-dito que emerge na posição do sujeito porta-voz; os números que não funcionam como estatísticas; as denominações que cristalizam sentidos; a negação; o desvio e a ruptura contrapondo-se aos efeitos de evidência; o deslize dos sujeitos entre o eu, o nós e o eles, entre o relato e o testemunho, trazendo à baila as coisas que devem ser ditas e outras mais, produzindo catarses e algo que compreendo como purgação testemunhal; e a imbricação entre a língua interditada e a língua mandatória que produz o furo por onde os sentidos escapam tomando outras direções e possibilitando outros modos de significarAbstract: This thesis is the result of my search for understanding the functioning of the discourses of and about refugees in the relationship between the space of departure, there, and what emerges here, on arrival. I am interested in analyzing sayings that circulate affected by a memory about the places from which those who seek refuge leave, producing tensions in contact with the imaginary attributed to the place of arrival. In these conditions of production, the position of refugee ? that says from a refugee discourse ? is installed in contradiction with the institutional, legal, religious, humanitarian, and media discoursive position that says about refugee, in an equivocal movement of resistance to and identification with these positions that sometimes reaffirm the stabilized meanings, and sometimes produce other meanings in its discursiveness. In this paper, I shed light on the signifier refugee, observing the processes in which inhospitality, stereotyping, xenophobia, racism and silencing operate in a transversal discourse that stabilizes the meanings, making the one who comes from there to be signified within a certain region of meanings. Anchored in Discourse Analysis, based on studies developed in France by Michel Pêcheux and the work developed in Brazil by Eni Orlandi and other authors, I seek to mobilize discursive notions relevant to the dialogue that I establish with the analysis file, as well as to propose new formulations, such as the notion of a shadow discourse, which emerges from the discourse about, in a functioning that reinforces effects of victimization and depreciation of refugees. In a pendulum movement between theory and analysis, I start with an account of the motivation that leads me to deepen the research and a presentation of possibilities for the realization of this journey. I then propose two major moments of reflection in which the first focuses on the triad there, in-between, and here, and the second revolves around a specific date: The World Refugee Day. To this end, I mobilize an archive consisting of: (1) reports from mainstream newspapers; (2) videos of the campaigns held between 2015 and 2018; and (3) transcripts of the pronouncements made in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2020. In my gestures of analysis, I dwell on the marks that catch my attention by the way they appear in the materials, as well as by their recurrence especially in the pronouncements.
