Resumo: Composing volume 23, the Languages and Linguistic Instruments, presents its number 46 consisting of nine articles in the Open Section, an essay in the Chronicles and Controversies Section and a Review. In the Open Section, the first study “The quotidian in the History of Linguistic Ideas”, by Ana Cláudia Fernandes Ferreira, deals with a discursive theorizing about the quotidian, based on Michel de Certeau, Michel Pêcheux, Sylvain Auroux and Eni Orlandi. The author proposes to think that everyday linguistic knowledge is not covered by the notion of epilinguistic knowledge, emphasizing that everyday linguistic knowledge, as ideological effects, can be epilinguistic or metalinguistic.

En la Sección Abierta, el primer estudio “Lo cotidiano en la historia de las ideas lingüísticas”, de Ana Cláudia Fernandes Ferreira, trata de una teorización discursiva sobre lo cotidiano, a partir de Michel de Certeau, Michel Pêcheux, Sylvain Auroux y Eni Orlandi. El autor propone pensar que el conocimiento lingüístico cotidiano no está amparado por la noción de conocimiento epilingüístico, enfatizando que el conocimiento lingüístico cotidiano, como efectos ideológicos, puede ser epilingüístico o metalingüístico.Compondo o volume 23, a Línguas e Instrumentos Linguísticos, apresenta seu número 46 constituído de nove artigos na Seção Aberta, um ensaio na Seção Crônicas e Controvérsias e uma Resenha.
