Virtual museum of professional educacion: hybrid pedagogical practices in the continuous education of teachers

Resumo: | The article presents the process of creating the virtual museum of professional education at the Centro Paula Souza involving teachers who work in different municipalities in the state of São Paulo, with individual or collective projects on the history of professional and technological education. For the continuing education of these teachers, hybrid teaching-learning practices are proposed and organized by means of Memories Clubs, what place in the state’s capital three times a year, and with institutional support. During the continuous training, archival science, librarianship, and museology about document management are developed. The investigation uses oral history as a research method and school culture as an analytic category. This action aims to safeguard and preserve science and technology cultural heritage and historical-educational patrimony, with teachers who are mostly curators in institutional memory centers. |

Para la formación continua de estos docentes, se proponen y organizan prácticas híbridas de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de Clubes de Memorias, que se realizan en la capital tres veces al año, y con apoyo institucional. Durante la formación se desarrollan competencias para el manejo documental en archivología, bibliotecología y museología, empleando la cultura escolar como categoría de investigación y la historia oral como metodología de pesquisa que buscan salvaguardar y preservar el patrimonio cultural histórico-educativo, y que, la mayoría, son curadores en centros de memoria institucional.O artigo apresenta o processo de criação do Museu Virtual da Educação Profissional do Centro Paula Souza, envolvendo docentes que atuam em diferentes municípios do estado de São Paulo, com projetos individuais ou coletivos sobre história da educação profissional e tecnológica. Para a formação continuada desses professores, são propostas e organizadas práticas pedagógicas híbridas de ensino-aprendizagem por meio de Clubes de Memórias, que acontecem na capital três vezes ao ano, com o apoio institucional.
