Resumo: This research intends to do an exploratory bibliographic review, investigating cases already tried and convicted of murders in transgender women called transfeminine, motivated primarily by prejudice. This crime is characterized by the systematic elimination of the transgender population. This research will show the investigation of the committer of the crime in transgender women moved by hatred and disgust and the difficulties and discrimination that prevail on this population, from childhood to death. However, the transgender situation is still on the margins of the law; there is resistance from society's acceptance, driven by prejudice and the difficulty in accepting differences. This text is mainly concerned with the absence of protective laws against the practice of crime against female transgender, considering that it is serious impunity, according to statistics of this modality in Brazil. These people deserve all respect from Brazilian society and the Judiciary.

These people deserve all respect from Brazilian society and the Judiciary.A presente pesquisa pretende fazer uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter exploratório averiguando casos já julgados e condenados de assassinatos em mulheres transexuais denominados como transfeminicídio, sendo estes motivados primeiramente por preconceito. Este crime se caracteriza pela sistemática eliminação da população transexual, e essa pesquisa mostrará a investigação dos crimes praticados em mulheres transexuais movidos por ódio e nojo, bem como as dificuldades e discriminação que ocorrem sobre essa população, desde a infância até a morte. Contudo, a situação dos transexuais ainda está à margem do direito, há uma resistência de aceitação da sociedade, movida pelo preconceito e pela dificuldade em aceitar as diferenças. O texto se preocupa principalmente com a ausência de leis protetivas contra a prática do crime aos transexuais femininos, considerando que se trata de uma impunidade grave, segundo estatísticas desta modalidade no Brasil.
