This article seeks to demonstrate the relationship between the Covid-19 pandemic, personality rights and Artificial Intelligence technologies. To this end, the rights of the personality will be conceptualized, especially the right to privacy and, in an ongoing act, the current scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic will be demonstrated. From this context, with a background in doctrinal analysis, using laws and jurisprudence, based on the hypothetical-deductive method, it will be demonstrated how the emergence of this new virus has been impacting the world economic scenario and International Law, to raise the possibility of accountability public entities for all the losses that have been caused by Covid-19. Furthermore, it seeks to demonstrate how Artificial Intelligence has been gaining space on the world stage, in the midst of the pandemic, due to the development of several applications that help to combat and prevent Covid-19; counterpart to the benefits of using Artificial Intelligence, the possible losses that this technology may be causing in the fundamental right to privacy will also be demonstrated, since the number of data collected has increased, being necessary, observing the General Data Protection Law, a regulation and limitation of the use of the information collected, imposing limits so that the rights of the personality, especially the privacy and individuality of the human being, are respected.
