The present work considers the victim's word to be a crucial and highly relevant piece with regard to sexual violence, considering the nature of the crime which is usually committed in secret, without the presence of witnesses and it is not always possible to carry out expert evidence of a crime. Searched demonstrate the relevance of listening and qualified testimony of children and adolescents who are victims of sexual violence as a way of producing evidence through the psychological approach, because since sexual violence often leaves no material evidence, which makes it impossible to prepare expert evidence by examining a body of crime. That's why there's the importance of humanized and specialized assistance with qualified professionals, always considering the final result in the life of the human being who, still in a phase of physical and psychic development, is a victim of sexual crime. It is important to highlight the need of the victim to have a team prepared as a support network to assist him in a humanized way and guide the family on how to proceed in the various situations that may occur. As research techniques, bibliography, jurisprudential analysis and field research were chosen. During the development of the research, left the search for the real truth and reduction of damage during the production of evidence remained, always considering the right to full protection that this victim has, being a child or adolescent. In this way, it is proposed to perform qualified listening, that is, psychological listening of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence.
