Resumo: O artigo propõe realizar uma breve análise sobre o mercado brasileiro de franquias, identificando se elas estão em desenvolvimento, por meio de seu faturamento, número de redes, unidades e empregos proporcionados, a partir dos dados apresentados pela Associação Brasileira de Franchising-ABF. Para tanto, a pesquisa se delimitou em dados dos últimos dez anos (2006-1015). As informações foram tratadas por meio da técnica neográfica, proposta por Bertin (1986), conhecida como Matriz Ordenável.
