The present work aims to show the practice of Pornography Revenge, demonstrating what motivates the performance of this conduct, the rights of the victim that are violated such as image, honor, privacy and intimacy, as well as the legal consequences currently applied in the legal system and the forms of punishment for those who carry out that practice. Revenge Pornography is the dissemination of photos and videos with intimate content without the victim's consent with the intention of harming her both socially and psychologically. Most of the time, this behavior occurs after the end of a relationship, where the partner is not satisfied with the end and wants to humiliate his partner ends up sharing his intimate photos or videos on the internet. The term not only encompasses photos shared in an unauthorized way, but also in explicit cases such as hidden cameras and hackers. However, the advancement of the internet, which is increasingly frequent in our lives, has made it possible for many people to share different content with each other through social networks, resulting in the exposure of victims even more easily.
