Resumo: The present work aims to demonstrate the possibilities of using augmented reality technology in the context of maintenance, bringing its approach to the topics of remote support for maintenance, use of tools for training using augmented reality and its devices and software. . Sources of research on websites and articles related to the topic were used. Having as main result the exemplification of financial and time returns using the technology in question. This study is justified because it is in accordance with the new moment presented in the industries, which is the implementation of technologies that facilitate industry 4.0, bringing augmented reality as one of its pillars, being, therefore, an introduction for future research and deepening on the theme.

Foram utilizadas fontes de pesquisa em sites e artigos relacionados ao tema. Tendo como resultado principal a exemplificação de retornos financeiros e em tempo utilizando-se da tecnologia em questão.
