Resumo: In the present work, we will focus our attention on this last area, in the search for equality within labor law, trying to redefine some concepts, starting from taking into account the new social needs, the diverse family structures and the current paradigms that They require a new adaptation of labor law in order to avoid discrimination, and in order to integrate diversity, through rules that ensure equity. In this sense, we will emphasize the institution of the family, which has acquired new structures, new forms, new constitutions, leaving the old stereotype in the past; and how these new structures have impacted within the world of law in its various branches. Society has manifested itself in the quest for new needs, breaking paradigms, in search of inclusion, in pursuit of cultural diversity, in the fight for new human rights in which equality has recently been the protagonist of the request to cries of the manifested society, which imposes new family structures.

En el presente trabajo, centraremos nuestra atención en este último ámbito, en la búsqueda de la igualdad dentro del derecho laboral, intentando redefinir algunos conceptos, partiendo de tomar en cuenta las nuevas necesidades sociales, las diversas estructuras familiares y los paradigmas actuales que requieren una nueva adaptación del derecho laboral a los fines de evitar la discriminación, y en pos de integrar la diversidad, a través de normas que velen por la equidad. En este sentido, haremos hincapié en la institución de la familia, la cual ha adquirido nuevas estructuras, nuevas formas, nuevas constituciones, dejando el viejo estereotipo en el pasado; y como estas nuevas estructuras han impactado dentro del mundo del derecho en sus diversas ramas. La sociedad se ha manifestado en puja de nuevas necesidades, rompiendo paradigmas, en busca de la inclusión, en pos de la diversidad cultural, en la lucha por nuevos derechos humanos en los que la igualdad ha sido en estos últimos tiempos la protagonista del pedido a gritos de la sociedad manifestada, que impone nuevas estructuras de familias. No presente trabalho centraremos a nossa atenção nesta última área, na procura da igualdade no âmbito do direito do trabalho, procurando redefinir alguns conceitos, a partir de ter em conta as novas necessidades sociais, as diversas estruturas familiares e os paradigmas actuais. que requerem uma nova adaptação da legislação laboral para evitar a discriminação e para integrar a diversidade, através de normas que garantam a equidade. Nesse sentido, daremos ênfase à instituição da família, que adquiriu novas estruturas, novas formas, novas constituições, deixando o antigo estereótipo no passado; e como essas novas estruturas tiveram impacto no mundo do direito em seus vários ramos. A sociedade tem se manifestado na busca de novas necessidades, quebrando paradigmas, na busca da inclusão, na busca da diversidade cultural, na luta por novos direitos humanos em que a igualdade tem sido recentemente protagonista do pedido de gritos da sociedade manifestada, que impõe novas estruturas familiares.
