Resumo: Based on an analysis of a globalized world and the constant search for solutions, current essay investigates social responsibility specifically focused on Educational Law. Concentrated on data that would exhibit the relevance of social responsibility and its possible consequences within Educational Law, research employs the exploratory survey methodology, or rather, an investigation of hypotheses which, based on its finding, tries to suggest, when possible, viable solutions for the given data. Data collection on the project deal with doctrines co-related with the theme so that ideas and positions may be corroborated. Consequently, data are handled directly and objectively so that a positioning proper to Brazilian reality could be reached.

Consequently, data are handled directly and objectively so that a positioning proper to Brazilian reality could be reached.Basado en el análisis del mundo globalizado y la constante búsqueda por soluciones, ese trabajo hará el análisis de la responsabilidad social, más específicamente en relación al Derecho Educacional. La investigación, a su vez, busca elucidar la relevancia de la responsabilidad social y sus reflejos en el Derecho Educacional bajo la metodología Surrey exploratoria, la cual consiste en la investigación de hipótesis y proposición de soluciones viables frente a los datos averiguados. Básicamente, la coleta de datos ocurrirá en doctrinas correlacionadas con el tema para que, así, las ideas se concreten. En consecuencia, el trato de los datos va a ocurrir de forma directa y objetiva para que se llegue a una posición acorde a la realidad brasileña.Tendo por base a análise do mundo globalizado e a constante busca de soluções, o presente trabalho terá por base uma análise da responsabilidade social, mais especificamente focada dentro do Direito Educacional. A pesquisa, por sua vez, se dará através da busca de dados que mostrem a relevância da responsabilidade social como um todo e os possíveis reflexos que ela acarreta dentro do direito educacional. Para a realização desta constatação, o trabalho se disporá da metodologia survey exploratória, a qual consiste na investigação de hipóteses e, com base em sua constatação, tentar propor, se possível, soluções viáveis para os dados constatados. Basicamente, a coleta dos dados referentes ao projeto se dará em doutrinas co-relacionadas com o tema para que, assim, as ideias e posicionamentos se solidifiquem.
