Resumo: This article approaches the question of transdisciplinarity as the present law, due to its social complexity. Explains that the transdisciplinary research methodology requires interfaces and crosscutting themes, highlighting the characteristics of complex thinking. Concludes that the demarcation of transdisciplinary legal knowledge creates a new aesthetic to the law.

Concluye que, de la demarcación de la transdisciplinariedad del saber jurídico, deviene una nueva perspectiva estética para el derecho.Este artigo aborda a questão da transdisciplinaridade como atualidade do Direito, em decorrência da complexidade social. Explica que a metodologia da pesquisa transdisciplinar requer interfaces e temas transversais, expondo as características do pensamento complexo.
