Resumo: Reflections will be presented around juridical epistemology and some aspects of language theory; the need to follow up and improve juridical language, so that the law do not distance itself from reality, keeping itself just as a system of the status quo; a brief analysis of some theories of law science and of language; the specificities of linguistic terms for the analysis of law science, based on the contemporaneity under a humanistic perspective, seeking in the logical neo positivism and the philosophy of ordinary language the understanding to overcome social inequalities.
