Summary: Axiology is the study of values through their relationship with the human being. Values guide behavior, they help to make choices, they determine the value of each condition; they investigate the nature, the essence and the various aspects that they bring to human culture. Value is one of the basic components in the elaboration of Law. People judge the world through value analysis and the act of living implies in the valorization of the cultural built-up. As a product of human culture, Law is thus linked to values and these are not the only elements that instigate human activity or the choices of individuals. The latter are also moved by conscience and sentiments. Inner values belong to humans and form their personality. The Law of the person guides the inner values of people since they represents the person’s essence. Values are autonomous, universal and absolute and their ultimate foundation is human conscience. Values are not the projection of the isolated individual conscience; they rather rise from the bonding of humanity’s conscience as a whole. Values are currently being degraded and the emergence of new values is possible. Unstableness and the loss of references for humanity are defined according to value crises where disbelief and the abandonment of ethical, moral and spiritual values are rife.

El valor es uno de los componentes básicos para la elaboración del Derecho. El hombre considera el mundo por medio de análisis valorativos, y el hecho de vivir implica en valorar la construcción cultural. El derecho, como producto de la cultura humana, está, consecuentemente, relacionado a valores, y estos no son los únicos elementos que impulsan la acción humana o las elecciones de los individuos, que también es movida por la conciencia y por los sentimientos. El ser humano posee en su interior valores, y tales valores constituyen su personalidad. El derecho de personalidad tutela los valores interiores de persona por representar su esencia. Los valores son autónomos, universales y absolutos, su fundamento último es la propia conciencia humana. El valor nos es la proyección de la conciencia individual aislada, pero surge de la unión entre la conciencia de la humanidad como un todo. Los valores están degradándose y al degradarse posibilitan la emersión de nuevos valores. La instabilidad, la pérdida de referencial de la humanidad se define en función de la crisis de valores, donde se observa el descreimiento y el abandono de los valores éticos, morales, y espirituales y todos los demás valores nobles.A axiologia é o estudo dos valores, analisando-os por intermédio da sua relação com o ser humano. São os valores que orientam as condutas, auxiliam nas escolhas, determinando o valor atribuído a cada posicionamento, investiga a natureza, a essência e também os diversos aspectos que o valor pode importar para a cultura humana. O valor é um dos componentes básicos para a elaboração do Direito. O homem considera o mundo por meio de análises valorativas, e o ato de viver implica em valorar a construção cultural. O Direito, como produto da cultura do homem, é, por consequência, ligado a valores, e estes não são os únicos elementos propulsores da ação humana ou das escolhas dos indivíduos, que também são movidos pela sua consciência e por seus sentimentos. O ser humano possui em seu interior valores, e tais valores constituem a sua personalidade. O Direito da personalidade tutela os valores interiores da pessoa por representarem a sua essência.. Os valores são autônomos, universais e absolutos, seu fundamento último é a própria consciência humana. O valor não é a projeção da consciência individual isolada, mas surge da união entre a consciência da humanidade como um todo. Os valores estão se degradando e ao se degradarem possibilitam a emergência de novos valores.
